چکیده
Abstract In this study, ethanol organosolv treatment of oat husk and the potential effects phosphoric acid oxalic as alternatives to sulfuric were investigated. These acids determined effective obtain high quality lignin glucan they can be used instead in solvent acidification. To determine purity recovery both glucan, initial substrate amount, solid-to-liquid ratio, amount washing solutions also examined using a one-factor-at-a-time strategy. Reducing (water, solvent, or both) negatively affected recovery, but it did not affect recovery. The optimum conditions for pretreatment at higher obtained with 50% aqueous acidified 210 °C 90 min ratio 1:2. mixture evaporated glucan-rich hemicellulose-rich fractions through optimized condition, 4.62 g/L biomass containing 10.27% protein was produced by cultivation Aspergillus oryzae . from value-added products such production, thus contributing sustainable economy integrating lignocellulosic residues into biorefinery.
